I have read this agreement for service; I understand and agree to comply with it. I agree to take full responsibility for my use of space and will hold the City of Richmond harmless from any damage claim for damage or personal injury or death, damage to or loss of property incurred in the use of the facilities/space. I will indemnify, save harmless and defend the City of Richmond from all claims, demands, lawsuits, causes of action, damages, costs, expenses, actual attorney fees, losses, or liability, in law or equity, of every kind and nature whatsoever arising out of or relating to our use of the facilities/space.

Participant tables are for Information & Education Only — No Sales

SCHEDULE

Table set up time is 9-10:30 am
Tables are expected to be operating continuously from 11 am
Tables may not be broken down before 4:00 p.m.
Registration includes a 6 ft. table. For additional table space, inquire about sponsorship opportunities.
Tables and surrounding areas must be left clean.
No food allowed.
